Hair Transplantation in Tirana
Sapphire FUE, DHI and specialised restoration for hairline, crown, beard, eyebrows and repair cases, planned by a team with 35,000+ procedures behind it.
How we choose the right technique for you
There is no single best hair transplant technique, there is only the best technique for your case. The variables that decide it are your donor area capacity, the size and location of the area to be covered, your hair characteristics (thickness, curl, contrast with skin tone), your age and the likely future progression of your loss.
At BlueMagic Group Clinic the process always starts the same way: you send photos, the medical team reviews your donor area and loss pattern, and only then do you receive a recommendation. Sapphire FUE is typically favoured for larger areas and full restorations; DHI gives maximum control for hairlines and precision zones; many plans combine both. For women, unshaven options exist for suitable cases.
What we never do is recommend a technique before seeing your hair, or promise graft counts nobody has verified against your donor supply. A transplant is a redistribution of a finite resource, planning it honestly is most of the job.
Every recommendation below is general education. Your personal plan comes from a free photo assessment reviewed by the medical team.

Questions
Choosing a treatment, common questions
Which is better, Sapphire FUE or DHI?
Neither is universally better. Sapphire FUE handles larger sessions and bigger areas efficiently; DHI offers finer control for hairlines and can allow unshaven work in select cases. Many plans combine the two. The honest answer depends on your donor area, target zone and hair characteristics, which is what the free assessment establishes.
How do I know how many grafts I need?
Graft count follows the area to cover, the density needed and your donor capacity. Typical hairline cases run in the low thousands; full restorations need more. Your photo assessment produces a personal estimate before any commitment.
Can I have more than one area treated in a single trip?
Sometimes, for example hairline plus crown in one session, or a scalp session with beard graft support. It depends on total graft numbers and safe extraction limits. Larger combined plans may be staged across two sessions.
What if I am not a good candidate?
Then we tell you, and explain why, usually donor limitations, unstabilised loss or a medical consideration. We would rather decline a procedure than take on a case unlikely to produce a good result. Sometimes the advice is to stabilise with medication first and reassess.
How soon can I book after the assessment?
Once your plan and written quote are confirmed, scheduling depends on calendar availability and your travel plans. Your coordinator handles dates, hotel and transfers in one conversation.
