The Lifetime Medical Guarantee Certificate

Every BlueMagic Group Clinic hair transplant patient receives the Lifetime Medical Guarantee Certificate (terms apply), a personal document recording the date, location, technique and number of grafts of your procedure. It confirms that the follicular units agreed in your consultation were implanted according to your pre-agreed surgery plan, and it guarantees the transplanted follicles within the terms below.

What it actually promises

• Your grafts are expected to start growing within a 12–18 month period, with final results assessed 18 months from the certificate date.
• Once transplanted follicles bind with the skin and heal, they are not expected to fail or die, and the transplanted hair grows with natural results.
• If follicles have not regrown after the 12–18 month window, you may return with your certificate for a thorough evaluation.
• The guarantee covers the operated areas defined in your surgery plan, not areas outside it, and not native hair.

The conditions, read them, they matter

• All aftercare procedures must be followed strictly, including the recommended products.
• Progress pictures must be sent when requested, they are how the team verifies your growth curve.
• The guarantee does not apply if follicle-damaging therapies (for example chemotherapy) or treatments outside the clinic’s recommendations intervene.
• Outcomes depend on the quality of your donor area, which is assessed and discussed before surgery.

We state these conditions prominently because a guarantee quoted without its terms is marketing, not medicine. The certificate is a mutual commitment: the clinic stands behind its surgical work, and the patient follows the protocol that makes the work succeed.

Facility standards and accreditation

BlueMagic Group states that its flagship clinical facility in Istanbul operates with JCI accreditation, the Joint Commission International standard for hospital quality and patient safety, a first-party claim of the group. Across all locations, including Tirana, the team works to European, American and British quality standards, with pre-procedure blood analysis, health assessment and a dedicated 6–8 person medical team as fixed protocol.
