How the team works

A hair transplant is not a one-person job. Every BlueMagic Group Clinic procedure is carried out by a dedicated team of 6–8 people, surgeons, nurses, anaesthesia specialists and hair-loss specialists, each responsible for a defined part of the day: design, anaesthesia, extraction, graft preparation under magnification, and implantation. The structure exists because graft survival depends on speed and precision at every station, and no individual can hold every station at once.

The profiles below are the group’s published hair transplant team members, with titles exactly as published. Experience across the published team ranges from 6 to 9 years, built across tens of thousands of the group’s 35,000+ procedures.

The standards behind the profiles

• Technique breadth: the team works across Sapphire FUE and DHI, so recommendations follow the case, not a single tool.
• Continuous standards: the team stays up to date with European, American and British quality standards.
• Defined roles per procedure: extraction, graft handling and implantation are separate specialisms on the day.
• Design accountability: your hairline is agreed with you in the mirror before anything begins.
• Follow-through: the same organisation that operates on you reviews your photos at 1, 3, 6 and 12 months.

You meet your treating team at the clinic on procedure day, after your case has been reviewed and planned by the medical team from your assessment photos.
