Language will not be a barrier
Your coordinator works in English, Italian, Albanian, Spanish, French, German or Polish, and stays with you from first message to final photos, one person, not a call centre. Everything that matters arrives in writing: your plan, your quote, your pre-operative instructions and your aftercare protocol.
Documents and entry
Travel with a passport valid well beyond your return date, six months of validity is the safe standard for international travel. Entry to Albania is straightforward for most European citizens, many of whom can enter visa-free for short stays; requirements vary by nationality and can change, so check your own government’s current travel guidance for Albania before booking. Your coordinator can confirm what patients from your country typically need.
How aftercare works across borders
The aftercare model assumes you live abroad, because most of our patients do. You fly home with the kit, the written protocol and a trained washing technique. Check-ins run on photos: you send them at 1, 3, 6 and 12 months, the team reviews your progress against the expected curve, and you get honest feedback each time. Non-urgent questions go to your coordinator; urgent symptoms go straight to the emergency line, any hour.
Paying from abroad
Your quote is issued in writing after the free assessment and confirmed before you travel, one all-inclusive figure covering procedure, hotel and transfers. Payment terms are agreed individually with your coordinator in advance, so there is nothing to negotiate on the day.
